Three hundred forty (340)  members of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) now supplement the local PNP and the Tanod in the barangays in seeing to the peace-and-order situation of Pozorrubio. On February 2, 2010, no less than Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino Jr. , guest of honor and speaker, swore the peacekeepers into office during their Oathtaking and Recognition Ceremony held at the 3rd floor of the Executive Building.

Also in attendance were Provincial PNP Director Percival Barba, LIGA ng mga Barangay Pangasinan Chapter President Amadeo Espino, Mayor Ferdie Calimlim of Mapandan, local LGU officials led by Mayor Emma Chan and most of the Punong Barangays, Vice-Mayor Reynaldo Reyes, former Mayor Artemio Chan,  SB Kagawad Dennis Uy and local Police Station Chief Domingo Soriano.
